Jewellery

All jewellery and designs on the website are property of Gabriela Spulirova and they can not be reproduced, copied or used for resale in any format.

I make one-of-a-kind or small series jewellery which is handmade from scratch using traditional jewellery making techniques, and that means that small variations are inevitable.

Hallmarking

Where required by law, silver pieces are hallmarked at the Assay office. The dealers notice can be viewed here.

Postage

Ready-made items ship within two days from receiving your payment.

Jewellery that is made-to-order requires more time, especially if it is to be hallmarked. Please keep in mind this may take up to 3 weeks from the date of your order.

Most jewellery ships much sooner. Please contact me If you are unsure, or need the piece of jewellery more quickly.

For shipping, I use Royal Mail special delivery, where your jewellery is insured, tracked, and must be signed for at delivery. The cost of delivery is subject to Royal Mail current prices.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number.

Customs and duty

If ordering from outside the UK please be aware that you may be charged import duty or taxes as per the regulations for your country. I have no control over these so please check before you buy if you are unsure.

Brexit

Landscape jewellery is based in Northern Ireland. After Brexit, Northern Ireland remains in the European economic area as well as in the United Kingdom. That means that we should be able to trade with both EU and UK as before Brexit.

Payments

I receive payments via PayPal or Etsy. Both of these are secure ways of payment that protect both seller and buyer. I do not have any access to your credit/debit card information.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase an item from the store. Just choose the option Pay by Credit/Debit Card at the checkout.

Prices

Prices for original jewellery are subject to change at any time at the artist’s discretion.

GUARANTEE

If you receive a piece of jewellery that has been damaged, or for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. You can return it to me unworn and in saleable condition in the original packing, and you will get a full refund of the cost of the jewellery. The cost of postage is non-refundable.

When ordering a ring, make sure you measure your size well. Some rings are very difficult to resize. I cannot refund or exchange a ring that was made correctly to the specifications I received from you.
